Please arrive ON YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. Please be mindful not to arrive more than 10mins early as each appointment is normally 60+ minutes so we are grateful for a few minutes between each client to be able to have quick break. No need to arrive too early, just 5minutes early is fine.

Arriving late will cut into your appointment time.

We are more than happy to assist you with your lash desires, but please come with an idea in you mind of what you would like as being indecisive will cut into your appointment time.

Please allow time to find a car park. If you are running late please just send a text to let us know.

Please avoid coming in wet swimmer and with sand all over you! Please dry off and wipe the sand off your body.

You can leave your contact lenses in during the lash application appointment if you wish.

Feel free to bring your own headsets with your own podcast or music. Please ensure this is ready to go before you lay down though.

Avoid caffeine beforehand if you think this will make you jittery or feel restless. We encourage you to feel relaxed.

You can leave your shoes on if you wish but its more comfortable and nicer to take them off.

Keep lashes away from oils after the appointment

Wash your hair prior if need be as you will need to keep your lashes dry for 48-72hrs

ALL NEW CLIENT MUST BE CONTACTABLE prior to the appointment. If you aren’t contactable you appointment will be cancelled.
